Short description

Our client is getting ready for the next year full of projects! Within their organization, their recruitment team is responsible for filling vacancies within the different internal departments. This means the normal day-to-day is full of CVs, calls, interviews and questions to be answered.

There are supporting tasks that the Recruiters cannot execute on time. Therefore, they are looking for a supporting Recruitment Assistant who can bring a steady hand to the team. For everything to run smoothly, you are needed!

Function description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling first and second interviews (both in-person and via MS Teams); 
  • Sending confirmations to candidates; 
  • Booking meeting rooms and registering visitors; 
  • Assisting recruiters with updating candidates in our system; 
  • Assisting recruiters in posting job descriptions; 
  • Occasionally taking charge of recruitment for specific vacancies.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 
  • Experience in working at a recruitment department or a supporting role 
  • Experience with complex agenda management and planning; 
  • Good command of Dutch and English (both spoken and written); 
  • Stress-resistant, accurate, team player; 
  • You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
