Our client, a leading international company in the renewable energy sector, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to support their operations in the Benelux region (Netherlands & Belgium). Function description
- Act as a trusted HR partner for business leaders and employees in the Netherlands & Belgium.
- Provide guidance on labor law compliance, employment contracts, and HR policies.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Lead and support HR projects aligned with business goals.
- Ensure seamless HR operations in collaboration with regional and global HR teams.
- Regular travel to Belgium offices to support local HR needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Advisory / HRBP role within an international company.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch & Belgian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with regional and global HR strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
- Ability to commit to the full period (May 2025 – January 2026).
- Employment Type: Open to self-employed HR professionals (freelance/contract) or secondment.
