Responsibilities
- Lead local HR operations and ensure compliance with Dutch legislation
- Deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Manage key processes including payroll, pensions, compensation, and talent development
- Partner with leaders to translate global strategies into local actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Dutch language is a big advantage
