Function description
As a logistics professional, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the flow of goods and materials. Analysts focus on data and performance, coordinators handle operational execution, and managers lead teams and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze logistics data and processes to identify improvements.
- Coordinate shipments, warehousing, and inventory.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch and EU regulations.
- Manage documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- MBO/HBO-level education or a combination of academic background and relevant experience.
- 2–8 years of experience depending on role level.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems.
- Dutch fluency preferred; English required.
- Must reside in the Netherlands with a valid Dutch work permit or EU citizenship.
