Short Description

We are looking for a Sales Officer Warranty to support service customers with quotations, orders, warranty requests and day-to-day commercial administration. In this position, you will be an important point of contact for customers and internal departments. You will coordinate customer requests, prepare and follow up quotations and orders, and make sure information is processed accurately within the ERP system.

Function Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, process and follow up quotations and customer orders.
Handle customer enquiries regarding service, deliveries and warranty-related matters.
Review warranty claims and technical requests together with Engineering, Service and Supply Chain.
Provide customers with appropriate commercial solutions and advice.
Support expediting, invoicing and order administration.
Initiate logistics activities and coordinate delivery requirements.
Prepare purchase requests and ensure a smooth handover to Supply Chain.
Monitor purchased goods and customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on leads and potential commercial opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer and order information in the ERP system.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Minimum MBO 4 education level, with HBO working and thinking level.
Affinity with sales support, service, administration and technical products.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Able to understand technical information and translate it into practical, customer-focused solutions.
Analytical, accurate and able to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
Service-minded and comfortable communicating with customers and different internal departments.
Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
EU passport or valid work permit for the Netherlands.
Available for at least 32 hours per week, preferably 40 hours.
