Function description

Role Overview:

• Oversee the daily organization and operational planning of dredging activities.
• Manage production, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Lead and motivate your team to achieve maximum productivity.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize solutions.
• Coordinate all logistics for personnel and equipment, adhering to safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• A degree/master's in Engineering from a recognized university,
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and a keen interest in dredging,
• High flexibility, excellent prioritization, and strong communication skills,
• Willingness to work on international projects in a rotation system
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
