Short Description

For upcoming assignments with our clients, we’re building a strong talent pool of experienced HR Managers. As an HR Manager, you are the strategic partner to leadership, driving organisational development, people initiatives, and HR excellence.

Function Description

Act as a trusted HR partner for business leaders and employees in the Netherlands & Belgium.
Provide guidance on labor law compliance, employment contracts, and HR policies.
Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
Lead and support HR projects aligned with business goals.
Ensure seamless HR operations in collaboration with regional and global HR teams.
Regular travel to Belgium offices to support local HR needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in an HR Advisory / HRBP role within an international company.
Strong knowledge of Dutch & Belgian labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to work independently while aligning with regional and global HR strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Dutch
