Short Description

For upcoming assignments with our clients, we’re building a strong talent pool of experienced HR Managers. As an HR Manager, you are the strategic partner to leadership, driving organisational development, people initiatives, and HR excellence.

Function Description

  • Act as a trusted HR partner for business leaders and employees in the Netherlands & Belgium.
  • Provide guidance on labor law compliance, employment contracts, and HR policies.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Lead and support HR projects aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure seamless HR operations in collaboration with regional and global HR teams.
  • Regular travel to Belgium offices to support local HR needs.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisory / HRBP role within an international company.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch & Belgian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with regional and global HR strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
