Function description

As HSE Professional, it is your main focus to structurally improve the safety performance on projects and to proactively follow up and implement the HSE policy.

Together with your team of professionals, you guide employees on the projects to be constantly vigilant of the environment of all aspects of health and safety.

During your job, you will work on our different projects worldwide on a rotation basis.

Requirements

  • Have NEBOSH (International General Certificate or higher), MVK or HVK or equivalent training;
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role (practical experience is preferable);
  • Willingness to travel and work on a rotation basis;
  • Have experience in the offshore wind industry;
  • Have a good command of the English language (spoken and written);
  • Have a degree in the HSE, Engineering or maritime field;
  • Demonstrable knowledge of global health and safety legislation, HSE systems and standards.
