Function description
We are looking for quality talents who can contribute to their ever-growing business. There are upcoming Offshore Wind and Shipbuilding projects where they are looking for managers to work in the NL or offshore. You will work primarily within the welding and coating fields.
You will ensure the expected quality assurance on these projects by completing the following:
- Preparation of new and revised project procedures and instructions
- Prepare tender reviews and supporting internal stakeholders on relevancy to quality management
- Being involved in the start-up of new projects
- Organizing and conducting audits
- Risk management
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with a similar role in a welding and/or coating scope
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in relevant engineering field
- Experience with inspections and audits
- Background in the offshore industries, including: dredging, offshore energy (oil + gas or wind), pipelay/pipelines, construction monopiles onshore, ship building, and steelworks.
- Taking leadership in drafting, preparing, and executing the ITP process
Certifications:
- Welding: IWE/IWT, C-SWIP
- Coating: NACE, Frosio
- Offshore: Nebosh, HVK
- A1 certification is a plus
Due to the project's location, a valid EU work permit is required. Additionally, candidates must either reside in the Netherlands or possess a valid EU work permit and be willing to relocate to the Netherlands at their own expense
